What we are doing to help prevent COVID-19:

As Coronavirus is dominating the news, the House of Jump team wants you to know the steps we are taking to mitigate the impact. We are monitoring the guidance of local authorities and the recommendations by the CDC regarding the spread of the virus. Our main focus is to meet your needs while doing our part to keep you, our employees, and our local community safe. Here’s what we’re doing:

•We have adopted the “A, B, C’s” for our team. Always Be Cleaning! You will see a team member cleaning during visit. 

•We have added cleaning throughout the day with scheduled full attraction cleaning while paying special attention to high touch areas. 

•We currently have all our hand sanitizer stations filled and ready for your use. 

•We are also cleaning our facilities frequently with recommended sanitizing products.

•We are taking steps to ensure the safety of our employees. This includes instructing employees who feel ill to stay home and consult their health providers. We are also directing all employees to be vigilant about frequent hand washing during every rotation and break period.

We look forward to working with you and the team to provide a great visit for your family. At this time, we are continuing to operate as normal with walk-ins and Birthday Parties. If you need to change a Party Booking, you can reschedule to future date at no cost.
